COMMENTS: PAL is a beautiful Palomino Saddlebred. He is not a beginner horse because he has a lot of energy. We believe he has probably been spoiled and didn't have someone who taught him to wear his bridle well. We are currently working on that. He lunges really well. We were told that he likes to be ridden outside.

COMMENTS: This mare was donated into the program and was never on the road. She is very cute! She was purchased originally as a show horse and she is very much that. She is not a natural flat walker. She needs to have an experienced rider with good hands. She does WTC, her canter is a little fast but we are working on getting her to slow down. We do not believe that she will fit into a big lesson program. But would make a practice horse for 1 or 2 people. Ideally we think she will work best if placed with a trainer.

COMMENTS: Never been on the road. Has been worked as a ranch type horse and it made him a little nervous to do some of the stuff they were teaching him. Has high energy and worries. Will swap leads at the canter. Was adopted out once before but the farm had to cut back and sent him back. We are working on ring work with him to get him calmer. He would be a sport horse type would probably make a good cross country horse or endurance horse for an experienced rider.

COMMENTS: Ruben has been working with Tanner to get him to trust again and we have seen fabulous results. Once Ruben gained his trust, Tanner would do whatever he was asked. He is a game horse but not in a bad way. He canters on both leads and is pretty collected. He isn't a beginner and needs to go somewhere with a trainer. Tanner will have "Special Terms" if adopted. He has been shown by a trainer in Park Pleasure in 2019/2010, and more recently by Ruben.

COMMENTS: Miyagi is available through either the adoption or the lease program. He was shown in the 2012 - 2021 show seasons by an Amateur & Jr. Exhibitor in both the Show Pleasure and Open English Pleasure divisions. As well as in Park Pleasure by a Trainer. He is a favorite in the barn. He is fairly consistent but does need to work every day. He would work well as a practice show horse or for an aggressive academy rider. He does tend to get a little gamer at shows.

COMMENTS: When Harley was in the kill pen he pretended to be a Saddlebred so we would bring him home! This horse is clearly a Standardbred. He has no tattoo and no freeze brand. He has wonderful manners and our guess is that he was with a trainer that worked him to be a road horse. He is a natural trotter. He rides easily. He trots a corner and stays to the rail. This is not a horse that was just out on the road. He was probably in a show barn at one time. When we took him to a show, he was at peace with anything we asked of him.

She got a little nervous when we asked her to canter, but she settled in well and relaxed when we went back and asked for the trot. With a little work, this horse can absolutely be showable. Would be a great Academy mount for a better intermediate rider.

COMMENTS: This horse is BIG! But he is a gentle giant! Super kind horse. He has clearly been to Saddlebred School. He is the same every single day that he comes out to work. He Walk and Trots well. He needs a lot of support on the canter because he will switch leads. He would make a great Academy horse especially for a taller bigger rider. We have not yet tried him on trails or driving. This horse is the same very single day. If DNA finds that he is registered he would bake a nice show horse.
